By placing an order through the Website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
PRODUCTS
We sell roasted coffee and other products related to Cortinovis Coffee Roasters.
Product descriptions, photographs and other information are provided as accurately as possible. Packaging and other minor details may vary from the images shown on the Website without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
All products are subject to availability. If, after an order has been placed, a product is unavailable, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
PRICES
All prices displayed on the Website are in euros and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown during checkout before the order is completed.
ORDERS
Customers may place an order without creating an account, where guest checkout is available.
After an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available on the Website. Payment information is handled in accordance with the applicable security and privacy requirements of the relevant payment provider.
INVOICING
Customers requiring an invoice should provide the necessary billing and tax information when placing the order or otherwise within the time limits required by applicable Italian tax regulations.
STORE PICKUP
Where offered during checkout, orders may be collected free of charge from our Milan location:

SHIPPING
We ship throughout Italy and to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €40.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Conditions, procedures, return shipping costs and applicable exceptions are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if a product is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.
