Dulces Sueños is a decaffeinated coffee from Sul de Minas, one of Brazil's most renowned coffee-growing regions. With notes of chocolate, hazelnut and orange, it offers a smooth and balanced cup, combining comforting sweetness with a delicate fruity character.
Sourced from Fazenda Mutuca and Fazenda Varjão, this regional blend reflects the distinctive qualities of Brazilian coffee. The cherries are naturally processed, allowing the beans to develop their characteristic sweetness and rounded flavour profile.
The coffee is decaffeinated using carbon dioxide (CO₂), a method that selectively removes caffeine while helping preserve many of the compounds responsible for its flavour and aroma. Unlike solvent-based methods, this process uses carbon dioxide as its extraction agent, offering a gentle approach to decaffeination.
